The project takes place within the downtown high-tech district which holds the company's main labs and offices in Israel. The new building will concentrate the activities from different satellite offices and labs now sprawled around the complex and accommodate future growth of the company, connecting the existing buildings in the complex and strengthen the a campus atmosphere.

The complexity of the diverse program and pre-existing conditions was our drive to focus on the circulation elements of the project: the in-between spaces. By integrating the circulation with shared spaces the building's flow becomes efficient as well as stimulating. The circulation becomes a present architectural element in the design.

Due to the existing physical conditions surrounding the ground-floor, we created an elevated campus, connecting all of the buildings through the fourth floor. The elevated ground floor distributes the vertical circulation and concentrate activities such as leisure and exercising.

By separating the different functions, each program is designed and shaped to fit its needs, creating diverse types of spaces for its inhabitants. In this project we challenged the standards of the playbook on how to design office buildings and the final product is an efficient and creative flagship building.
