We are happy to be part of Open House Tel Aviv 2021 and host three scheduled tours in our newly completed apartment building, Fein 1 Central. Join us to get a glimpse of a formerly notorious building in Neve Sha’anan, which has become a unique residential complex that represents the renewal the neighborhood is currently undergoing. Hear from the architects how the building’s design concept challenges the conventional Tel Aviv building typology, where instead of the building being surrounded by a yard, it was designed as a building around a courtyard.
The bright red courtyard is the focal point of the complex. Above it hang balconies designed like an organic wave that contrast the square exterior of the structure – a surprise revealed only when entering the complex.
