Located at the junction of three contrasting neighborhoods and a future Metro station, this mixed-use complex introduces a vibrant public node that serves both the local community and the wider city.
The design responds to the site’s strategic position and high foot traffic — with 100,000 passengers expected to pass through the adjacent transit hub weekly. In addition to retail and commercial functions, the program includes spaces for crafts, recreation, culture, and community use — ensuring relevance across diverse user groups. The complex is shaped to be fully accessible from all sides, with four active facades and no operational “back.” A unified architectural grid becomes more distinct on the upper floors, while the base is lifted to create covered, open-air spaces for public activity — including playgrounds, sports gardens, and a cultural plaza. Public areas also extend to the -7m level, connecting directly to the Metro and creating a seamless relationship between infrastructure and public life. The result is a socially inclusive, transit-oriented destination that offers shared value for residents, visitors, and the urban fabric around it.
