This project adds 20,000 sq.m. of office space and 500 parking spots to an existing commercial structure, using vertical stacking to manage density while creating new spatial and urban connections.
The existing building was disconnected from its surroundings, with poor pedestrian access and fragmented circulation. Instead of expanding horizontally, the new design stacks programs vertically, introducing a tower that integrates with the old structure to form a unified whole. Where programmatic layers meet, the design embraces the spatial tension — creating moments such as a Sky Lobby above the parking levels, a panoramic conference room on a high floor, and a new ground-level entrance for improved access. The result is a compact, efficient, and legible building that not only increases capacity but redefines the site as a clear urban landmark and gateway to the city.
