Soho Tel Aviv is a new 24-story tower that blends hotel, housing, and workspace into a flexible urban hub — promoting a socio-economic ecosystem of sharing and coexistence in the city’s emerging business district.
Located on a former parking lot in central Tel Aviv, the project supports the municipality’s plan to transform the area into a commercial and mobility hub. Unlike the coastal hotel strip, this building is oriented toward business travelers and long-stay residents, integrating short- and mid-term units, shared offices, and leisure amenities. The program includes 248 hotel units, 2,000 sq.m. of co-working space, a ground-level lounge and backyard, a gym, a 10th-floor outdoor pool, and a rooftop bar on the 24th floor. Rooms range from compact 11.9 sq.m. micro-units to mid-term residences of 20–35 sq.m., enabling a mix of uses and users. Architecturally, the tower is composed of five stacked volumes, each tailored to the specific program it contains. The facade varies accordingly — with bowl-shaped windows in the lower levels that extend the small rooms outward and create a unique identity on the street. Soho Tel Aviv proposes a new urban typology: compact, layered, and open to the evolving rhythms of city life.
